Our speciality
Tomahawk of Swiss Angus beef from 2 persons
It is not only impressive in appearance, but also really tasty. The fine marbling and the characteristic “fat eye” in the middle make a tomahawk steak a juicy, aromatic tasting piece of ribeye or entrecote with a gigantic bone. 1kg of this meat promises top-class enjoyment and we cut it directly from the bone at your table. We leave it up to you to decide whether you want to share it with two people or eat it on your own.
A classic
There is one dish that should never be missing in Switzerland, because it is one of the all-time classics - the cheese fondue. Whether it's a cold winter's day or a warm summer's evening, it's always delicious. Whether it's a romantic evening for two or with family and friends, an evening around a caquelon is bound to be cosy. Our fondue cheese comes directly from Grindelwald and the special fondue bread is baked with traditional craftsmanship by our local bakery.
