In addition to a log cabin sauna in the garden, a Roman-Irish spa is available to you in our wellness oasis. Here, two traditional bathing cultures combine to create a holistic benefit for your body. In Roman style you bathe in cosy warm-dry air, while the Irish custom is based on a stimulating steam bath.
FINNISH LOG CABIN SAUNA IN THE GARDEN
Dry and hot sweating, 80-100 °C.
Detoxifies and purifies, cleanses the skin, stimulates circulation and blood flow and strengthens the immune system.
FLOWER BATH ODORIUM
AROMA STEAM BATH 39 °C
At mild temperatures, natural essential oils and herbal mixtures are evaporated. To strengthen the body's defences, vitalise and relax.
TEPIDARIUM
HEAT BENCH WITH COLD-WARM FLOWING POOL, 30-40 °C
Uniform, soothing radiant heat strengthens the immune system and has a relaxing effect on the whole body. Footbaths at different temperatures stimulate circulation and blood flow.
HERBAL BATH CALDARIUM
AROMA STEAM BATH 45 °C
Mild radiant heat combined with hot steam. The blood circulation and metabolism are stimulated and the body's own defences are mobilised.
LACONIUM
SWEAT BENCH, 50-60°C
Optimal detoxification after short and intense sweating. The result is a feeling of freshness and holistic relaxation.
