Wellness etiquette

Information and appointment bookings

We recommend that you make your booking before your arrival so that the SPA team can reserve your preferred wellness times.

Cancellations / appointment changes

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your treatment, otherwise we will have to charge you the full price of the booked service.

Punctuality

Please report to the Wellness Reception a few minutes before your appointment. Arriving later will shorten your massage time.

Female and male therapists

We have female and male employees in our team. We can only take your preference into account if you let us know at the time of booking. Otherwise you will be assigned an available member of staff.

Medical particularities

Please inform us of any special medical conditions, problem areas, pregnancy or similar that need to be taken into account before treatment begins. Without your notification, we will assume that there are no restrictions and that the booked treatment can be carried out.

Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to switch cell phones to silent mode and to refrain from using laptops.
