Amazing location it was right across from the First. We went in April and the weekend we went the weather was bad we didnt have a nice view. Try to avoid Switzerland in April. Housekeeping was super nice if we needed anything they got it for us. Make sure you plan your trip to arrive at the hotel at check in time there was no early check in. No microwave on site. The childrens play area was an amazing amenity. The view at the bar and at the pool are amazing!

While on a business trip, I spent a short holiday alone at Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald, and I am very satisfied with the best facilities, room, breakfast, and staff service... and I want to give the best score to the spa facility well-being area that brought my tired body back to normal, and I will definitely visit again next time...

Nice and comfortable stay! Room was spacious for 2 big luggages and very clean. Free shuttle service for check in/out. Amenities eg.toothbrush/kettle not provided but given upon request. Overall love the ambience of the room!

Great hotel with excellent facilities. The room was really good with a fantastic bathroom. It had everything that you need. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection. Enjoyed using the hotel pool, which is a good size. But most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I plan to visit this hotel and Grindelwald again, preferably next year. With more of our families.

It was such a happy and enjoyable experience.

I don't think I'll ever forget the time I spent here. My wife also say it to me.

We spent Christmas here and absolutely loved the hotel, views were amazing from our room, location brilliant as its really close to the First lift and also very close to the towns bars and restaurants, the staff couldn't do enough for us, would stay again in a heart beat.
